To sustain its fast paced growth, TIMWE maintains a clear focus on new trendy technology and need to enlarge Global Marketing team. In that context, TIMWE is currently seeking a Global Content Manager:
Work Place: Lisboa
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, negotiating and closing deals with content suppliers (music labels, games’ studios and other digital content producers) in order to obtain the license to use their content
- Maintaining a diverse and rich portfolio at a controllable cost.
- Manage a staff of 8 people, responsible for content production and upload as well as content management and reporting.
Profile:
- Marketing or Management academic background;
- 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in media or music publishing companies, with a technology driven business approach;
- Experience in contract negotiation;
- Experience in financial control;
- Experience in delivering products in cross functional (and pan-national) teams without formal authority over them;
- Experience in project management is a plus;
- English and Spanish fluency;
- Enthusiastic about technology and entertainment, with strong creative skills, able to work in fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work in fast paced and flexibility to adjust to a permanently changing environment.

Community Manager BR
Work location: Lisbon
Responsabilities:
The role of a Community Manager is to build engage and increase the community around games promoted by TIMWE, and to support the Product Manager in:
- Ensuring the marketing message is passed to the users;
- Find key players to spread the word of mouth about the games;
- Compile feedback from the community on possible game enhancements and features in order for Marketers to improve games accordingly to their expectations;
- Keep the users engaged by making them part of the game;
- Understand all the mechanics of the game;
- Report weekly on the feedback givens by the community;
- Constant monitor uncommon user behaviour (cheating techniques, new gaming mechanics and play modes, etc.);
- Announce new game updates or features;
- Test and write bugs reports;
- Address and solve customer issues;
- Develop and maintain players' interaction;
- Organize and run in game events.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (Brazilian nationality considered a plus);
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge and passion for online games;
- Knowledge of Social Networking;
- Experinced with MMO is considered a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- English is considered a plus.

- Responsible for testing Games and applications and give feedback about their quality;

Profile:
- High Schools degree in multimedia areas or graduation in Marketing or Management;
- Gaming experience;
- Experience with several mobile phones models and internet browsers;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to work in fast paced and flexibility to adjust to a permanently changing environment.
