Innovation Skills for SMEs
A Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project, with partners from Austria, Check Republic, Germany, Italy and Portugal.
From October, 2008 to September, 2010
The InnoSkills project is based in the Guide for the Support to SMEs Innovation, developed by the European project InnoSupport, and updated with new materials and resources, added by partners.
The main goal of InnoSkills is the support to the innovation processes inside SMEs, through de reinforcement of management skills, allowing the identification, acquisition and reinforcement of their innovation techniques.
Products developed:
. Guide Innovation Management and resources for training and support to SMEs innovation
. Self Assessment Tool, for the support to the identification of the learning needs
. Web Portal that allows the exploitation of several cooperative and informal learning scenarios on creativity and innovation management
Target Groups
The target group of InnoSkills is composed by managers and experts, Human Resources managers and all responsible by design, development and production of new product and processes in SMEs, that require knowledge for the successful implementation of innovation.
The guide is also suitable for students, workers from Marketing departments and services… and to anyone interested in the management of innovation issues.
